Mohammed Kamal Miah Shah, widely known as Kam, is an accomplished entrepreneur, business strategist, and healthcare innovator with a proven track record across multiple industries.

Beginning his career in the hospitality sector, Kam successfully developed and supported the growth of several respected brands, building a reputation for operational excellence, strategic leadership, and business development.

He subsequently spent 13 years within the business consultancy sector, working alongside senior industry executives and advising businesses on growth, performance improvement, and commercial strategy. During this period, he was instrumental in the development of innovative solutions, including Voltique, a pioneering disinfectant product launched in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2020, Kam expanded his focus into the healthcare sector, collaborating with specialist consultants and healthcare professionals to identify practical solutions aimed at improving patient care pathways and helping to reduce NHS waiting times. His work has centred on delivering sustainable improvements that enhance both operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

As Group CEO and Managing Director, Kam provides strategic leadership across the organisation, driving innovation, growth, and service excellence. His commitment to high standards and delivering meaningful results continues to shape the company's vision and long-term success.

Kam's leadership philosophy is founded on a simple principle:

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Kam is a devoted family man and the host of the Podcast Pro 26 platform, where he has interviewed a range of notable guests from business, media, and public life.

Craig Brothwood

Projects and Planning

Craig brings 20+ years of NHS experience covering project management, transformation and more recently operational management across Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care.

Craig's approach is defined by a simple philosophy: put the patient first, and let data drive the improvement. He excels at building collaborative partnerships that streamline operations and elevate the standard of care.

Outside of work Craig is an avid record collector, keen photographer and poor runner!

Nahida Aktar

Business Development & Partnerships

Nahida has over 20 years' experience working across health, wellbeing, community development, and reducing inequalities. She has extensive experience building partnerships between NHS organisations, local authorities, voluntary and community sector organisations, and diverse communities.

As Business Development & Partnerships Lead, Nahida supports relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and identifying opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and service improvement. She is passionate about improving access, inclusion, and outcomes through community-informed approaches and partnership working.

Nahida is also Co-Founder and Director of Culture Care North CIC, a social enterprise developing culturally and faith-informed care and wellbeing services, and currently serves as Health & Wellbeing Lead at Sunderland Bangladesh International Centre (SBIC)

Ricky Pang

Head of Product Research & Development

Ricky Pang leads product research and development, driving innovation and ensuring the highest standards of quality across the organisation's product range.

Ricky Pang is the Head of Product Research & Development at Innovative Intervention Global Ltd. After starting his career in the hospitality sector, he gained extensive experience in product sourcing and supply chain operations before moving into product innovation and development. He now leads research and development initiatives, focusing on identifying and delivering innovative products and solutions.

Mr Sanjay Das

Consultant Urological Surgeon

Mr Sanjay Das is a Consultant Urological Surgeon who has worked at the Countess of Chester Hospital ( COCH ) since 2001.

Sanjay completed his medical training in Calcutta, India and then spent time working in Edinburgh, Blackburn, Derby as well as Sheffield, before taking up a post in Chester.

Sanjay has been a consultant for the last ten plus years and the clinical lead since 2023.

Sanjay is married to a Paediatric Endocrinologist and has two grown up daughters.

He is a supporter of Blackburn Rovers FC.
